After almost 2 years of a pleasant and successful co-operation Bob Rüger and Frans Post have decided to put their focus solely on the expansion of their own company. Resort Alliance would like to wish good luck and express their gratitude for the time worked together jointly.

The Sheraton Road, in the centre of Hurghada, will be resurfaced gradually. Modern buildings are under construction, shops like “Puma”, “Costa Café” as well as a “HSBC” branch have domiciliated already.

2 golf courses under construction; Course 1 has been designed like a parkland course, more than 1000 palm trees are projected for planting, many water hazards will be created; all fairways have been prepared for seeding, the irrigation plant feeds Course 2 – fairways 2-18 have been created, 12 holes have been prepared for seeding

Within the project “Palm Beach Piazza” an Italian Restaurant is scheduled for opening approx in April.Further devolpment and pictures we will inform you soon on this site.
